Lauren Richardson, lmft #87573
Lauren is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and is dually certified as an EAGALA Certified Mental Health Professional and Equine Specialist. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Art History from University of California, Santa Barbara, Lauren went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Santa Barbara. She is fully credentialed to supervise interns and trainees. Lauren runs a family program for a mental health agency and also works for an eating and body image disorder treatment center where she provides therapy to individuals, families and groups.
Erica is an EAGALA Certified Equine Specialist, as well as a horsemanship instructor. Her experience with horses as a young child sparked her desire to gain a deeper understanding of equine behavior. In 2003, Erica’s pursuit of knowledge led her to begin studying natural horsemanship. She spent the following years assisting accomplished horse trainers, participating in horsemanship clinics and completing intensive courses. Erica started teaching people and their horses in 2012 and became certified through EAGALA in 2016. She is passionate about helping each individual discover their true potential through their relationship with the horse.
